This weekend, our sermon reflected on Matthew 9:9–13 — “I desire mercy, not sacrifice.” A powerful reminder of God’s grace and the call to lead with compassion, love, and understanding in our daily lives. ✝️

Unfortunately, we need to cancel our upcoming Vacation Bible School due to limited volunteer availability and a family health situation.

We are so grateful to everyone who registered and showed interest, and we hope to reschedule for later this summer. We will be sure to follow up with more information when plans are in place.

Today we celebrated and congratulated our amazing confirmation students as they take this important step in their faith journey!

We are so proud of each of them and the dedication, growth, and commitment they have shown. We are excited to continue supporting them as they live out their faith in the years ahead. 💛

Please join us in congratulating these incredible youth and keeping them in your prayers as they continue their journey with Christ.

Last night, we had a wonderful time celebrating our confirmation students with a special confirmation dinner! We shared a meal of spaghetti, garlic bread, salad, and plenty of delicious desserts — thank you to the wonderful members of our church for putting this together💛

We are so excited to continue walking alongside these young people in their faith journeys and supporting them as they grow.

This Memorial Day weekend, we paused to remember and give thanks for those who gave so much in service to our country. We are grateful for their sacrifice and the freedoms we share. 💛

In worship, our message centered on Acts 2:1–21. We reflected on the coming of the Holy Spirit at Pentecost and the unique gifts God gives each of us — not to keep, but to share. It was a meaningful reminder that we are called to use our gifts to serve, build one another up, and carry God’s love into the world. ✝️🔥

Today, we had the joy of celebrating the baptism of Walker Reid Latsch at St. Mark’s. What a beautiful reminder of God’s love, grace, and the gift of new life in Christ.
