We had a CEREAL BOWL!!!! Captain Crunch ALL BERRIES was the winner out of all 8 kinds!
Boiled down to 11 votes for ALL BERRIES and 7 votes for Magic Treasures (aka- Lucky Charms)

Question I asked your kids on Sunday...

Who is the one person this week you could show love to, even if they're different or hard to be friends with?

It was awesome because a few shared with me, I told them they didn't have to, but they wanted to.
Some said hard people at school this week, esp the one that says Jesus isn't real, another said, his younger brother.
I'm praying for your kids this week.
I'm praying for you this week.
Parenting is no joke, but God is good.
Maybe talk with your kids who that one person is, and pray with them and help them show that person love this week.
Maybe there is someone you need to show love to this week that is difficult. Set the example. They learn from us. They see how we respond.

Sunday is coming! I can NOT wait to see everyone!
It's a new month, so a new series! Wonder what it is?

We finished up Esther, if your child(ren) missed it, here's a recap:
Read Esther 3:6.
Ask them Remember how Haman was full of pride and had it out for Mordecai? He had taken his bad attitude to the king and devised a devious plan to kill Mordecai, along with the rest
of the Jewish people.

1 John 3:16
“This is how we know what love is: Jesus Christ laid down his life for us. And we ought to lay down our lives for our brothers and sisters.”

Jesus knew all along what His fate would be living on earth. And He did it willingly to complete the plan of saving us from our sins and eternal death. Thank you, Jesus!!
We have learned that Queen Esther reflected the Christlike attitude that John tells his fellow Christians to have where even her own life was worth giving if it meant saving her brothers and sisters. God is asking us to have this same attitude of humility and sacrificial love toward others.
