Whether you come to a worship service, or one of the classes offered, whether you attend 242 small groups or youth groups, special Sunday or Wednesday church services, we want you to feel at home and make friends here. We accomplish our vision through six guiding principles from God's Word and our Articles of Corporation:

In Worship: To encourage and assist in individual and collective worship of the one true and great God. In Missions: To lift up the work of the Church in our community and around the world. In Ministry: To program for the spiritual and moral encouragement of this community. In Evangelism: To work for the saving of all mankind and the unity of all God's people. In Discipleship: Through the teaching and preaching of God's Word as it is set forth in the Word of God. In Fellowship: To build relationships on God's Word that strengthen the body of believers so they can accomplish God's work. What a blessing it was to welcome Pastor Ioney Black from Beleuhland Gospel Chapel in Jamaica for our Faith Promise Sunday! Thank you, Pastor Black, for bringing God's Word and reminding us that the Great Commission reaches far beyond our own walls. We're grateful for our partners around the world and for every church family member who stepped out in faith to support missions this year.

A little girl stood in a shop staring at a jar of sweets. The owner said, "Go ahead — put your hand in and take a handful." She wouldn't do it. He asked again. She still wouldn't. Finally she said, "Sir, YOU put your hand in and take it out." Why? "Because your hand is bigger than mine." 🍬

Pastor Ioney Black from Jamaica brought that story — and a whole lot more — to our Faith Promise Sunday. The message? The church has many responsibilities, but only one mission: go into the world and preach the gospel.

Not everyone is called to the foreign field. But every believer is called to give, to pray, and to send. Think globally. Act locally. And when you put your hand in the hand of God — He's got a much bigger handful than you do.
