Its' ministries include the Appalachian Outreach Ministries Center (home repair, clothing, food, furniture, addiction recovery, job training, Christian counseling, recycling, children and Hispanic ministries),the AO Donation Center, the Samaritan House Family Ministries Center (homeless shelter for families and single women), A.O.includes a sister (but separate tax exempt) organization, The Second Source Thrift Store.

Medical Clinic free in Jefferson City.

Appalachian Ministries is partnering with Remote Area Medical (RAM) to provide a telehealth clinic on Tuesday, January 13, 2026. RAM will have their mobile clinic in our parking lot. This is a first come first serve event until capacity is reached. The flier has the services they are providing. This is all the information we have about the event at this time. We cannot answer questions left here. Please share to anyone that would benefit from this service.
