🇸🇻 Day 5 | El Salvador Mission Trip

God had His hand on today. It was a beautiful picture of the body of Christ as a church from Missouri came alongside a church in El Salvador to serve together for His glory and His Kingdom.

Today marked our final day of the eyeglass clinic, and we are thankful for every opportunity God gave us to serve, share the gospel, and encourage the local church.

One of the greatest blessings of this week has been watching our students step up in incredible ways:

• Running fitting stations and even learning and using Spanish to serve people well.
• Stepping outside their comfort zones to share Jesus in the evangelism stations.
• Serving faithfully alongside the team throughout the entire week.

We are so proud of how they have represented Christ and served others.

As we look toward tomorrow, please pray for:

🙏 Our time at the church as we worship together with our brothers and sisters in Christ.

🙏 One of our students who will have the opportunity to preach during the service.

🙏 Safe travel as we make our way to San Salvador.

Thank you for continuing to pray for our team. We have seen God at work all week, and we are excited for what He has in store tomorrow. 🇸🇻

🇸🇻 Day 4 | El Salvador Mission Trip

Today was another incredible day serving at the eyeglass clinic! We were able to continue meeting physical needs while sharing the hope of Jesus with those who came through the clinic.

One of the highlights of the day was seeing several of our students step into the evangelism station and boldly share their faith. We are so proud of how our team is serving, loving people, and making the most of every gospel opportunity.

Tomorrow is our final day of the eyeglass clinic, and we would love for you to join us in prayer:

🙏 Pray for our last day of the clinic — that God would give our team strength, energy, and many opportunities to serve people well.

🙏 Pray for decisions being made — that those hearing the gospel would respond in faith and follow Jesus.

🙏 Pray for the church’s follow-up efforts — that the local church would be able to connect with those who have heard the gospel and continue discipling them in the weeks ahead.

“We are two nations coming together for one purpose.” — Wilson, one of our awesome translators

Today was the first day of our eyeglass clinic! It was a joy to serve alongside our brothers and sisters in Christ from El Salvador as we helped meet physical needs while sharing the hope of the gospel. We are grateful for every conversation, every opportunity to serve, and every person who came through the clinic.

As we prepare for another day of ministry tomorrow, please pray for:

🙏 Salvation decisions for Jesus — that people would respond to the gospel and place their faith in Christ.

🙏 Safety, health, and energy — for both our team and our local ministry partners as we continue serving.

🙏 Gospel-centered conversations — that people would see Jesus through our words, actions, and the love shown throughout the clinic.

Thank you for partnering with us through your prayers. We are excited to see what God continues to do in El Salvador! 🇸🇻
