On this Veteran’s Day, we remember the vision and courage of the 82nd and 86th Colored Regiments, who returned from the Civil War and built something extraordinary — Lincoln University, the only HBCU founded by veterans for the next generation.

Their faith and sacrifice opened doors for us to learn, lead, and live with purpose.
So today, let’s honor their legacy not just with words — but by living boldly, loving deeply, and serving others faithfully.
