Welcome to the Prayer Corner

Well friends, it's time.

I've been talking about creating a Prayer Corner for a while now, and I finally decided to quit talking about it and open the door.

Life is hard sometimes.

Sometimes we have words.

Sometimes we have tears.

Sometimes we have questions.

And sometimes all we've got is an "ooooof."

So here's how this works.

If you need prayer, leave a prayer request.

If God has done something good, leave a praise report.

If you're praying for a friend, leave that too.

And if you don't have the energy to explain any of it...

Leave a dot.

Just a dot.


That's it.

Around here, a dot means:

"Please pray for me."

No explanations required.

No pressure to tell your whole story.

No pressure to have the right words.

Some days we just don't.

This little corner is for the weary.

The overwhelmed.

The heartbroken.

The healing.

The hopeful.

And everybody in between.

Our Prayer Keepers will be watching and praying.

So pull up a chair.

Grab a cup of coffee.

Take a deep breath.

And stay awhile.

🕊️ Living in His Midst

There are some things God heals quietly.
Not in front of crowds.
Not all at once.
Not always through answers.
Sometimes healing comes simply from staying near to Him long enough that His peace begins settling the places in us that have carried fear, hurt, exhaustion, grief, shame, or unrest for years.
This little corner of my page is going to be called “Living in His Midst.”
Just honest reflections about healing, faith, surrender, restoration, and walking closely with God through real life.
The older I get, the more I realize healing is usually much quieter than we expect it to be.
Sometimes it’s simply sitting with Jesus after a hard season and realizing you can finally breathe a little deeper than before.
Sometimes it’s the Holy Spirit gently bringing old wounds, fear, hurt, or unforgiveness to the surface so healing can begin instead of us continuing to carry it for years.
I think I used to believe healing would feel dramatic or instant. But more and more, I’m learning it often happens quietly in God’s presence, little by little, while He restores places in us we didn’t even realize needed attention.
There’s something about staying close to God long enough that His peace slowly settles the anxious places within us.

That kind of healing runs deep.

Living in His midst,
