I rarely write anything personal on Facebook, but I want to honor the man whom has shaped and molded me into the person I am today. As most if not everyone knows Junior Grace opened Music by Grace over 25 years ago and servedthe communitymany years before then. He has helped countless people learn to play Piano among many other instruments. But for me he was so much more he was my dad! I've heard it said countless times that there are people in this world whom are Truly Humble, caring, and have a servants heart. Well, if has ever been true Junior was that man. He taught me many things in life, But these two stand out above all else!
1. Love God with all your heart and serve him with everything you have! His love for God , this was first and foremost in his life. He was truly a man whom was striving everyday to be a better person through his relationship with Jesus. A man after God's own Heart!
2. Love and care for your family. He once told me what my priorities in life should be. #1 God # 2 Your Wife #3 your family.
I asked being young dumb and a newlywed Why your wife then your family I always thought kids first, reference the young and dumb comment earlier. He told me to always make sure you always have your wife's back even if she's wrong. Why because children will grow up start their own family but your wife will be with you always!
I could continue, but, this is not a chapter book. He was my mentor, my friend, and the person I could always count on for guidance and advice.
I love you and miss you! I can't wait to see you again very soon.

Tonight a wonderful Godly man went home to be with the Lord. He was one of the most amazing men I have ever known. To know him was to love him! He is now singing and and playing the piano with the angels!

The Boxing Match

In this corner weighing in at anywhere from 100 to 300 lbs. John "the Christian" Doe aka you! In the other corner your opponent the one the only Lucifer aka "The Devil".
What your a lightweight going up against a heavyweight and just like Tyson he don't fight fair!!!!
Some years, sorry rounds, you've been doing great holding your ground, winning, getting in those punches, and knocking the devil down. But this round you feel down for the count. The devil is fighting with vengeance. He hits you with every weapon he has. Financial problems, Loss of job, health problems, relationship problems, fear, depression, and even COVID-19!!! You're down, finished, you are ready to throw in the towel!!! But then you remember you have a weapon of your own. You can tag in your partner Jesus. He's there to lift you up when you're down. He'll fight the fight when you can't. He reminds you that you don't fight fair either, you have the armies of heaven on your side and in the final round you will win and there is no weapon he has more powerful than your God. So remember it may seam your losing this round, but the match is yours. You will be the champion!

Tomorrow 11/22 @ 10:45 we invite everyone to join us for a special live stream from Living Light Church of God. As many may already know Living Light has, in an abundance of caution and due to an increase in COVID-19 cases in the community, suspended services untill December 6th. But, this will not stop us! We will continue to do what we can to uplift and encourage everyone during these unique times.
