Little Blessings Open House
Monday, August 3rd, 2026 from 4-7pm, Little Blessings Mother’s Day Out will have their Open House and Enrollment. Come tour the classrooms, meet the staff, and learn about the program.

The program begins August 18th for the 2026-2027 School Year.

Little Blessings is a loving, faith-filled environment for 3–4 year olds to learn, play, and grow. Through stories, music, play, and Christian values, we hope to nurture young hearts while supporting families in our community.

Join us this Sunday. Our guest preacher will be
Rev. Frank Gray is an ordained elder in the Global Methodist Church. He has pastored churches in Missouri, New Mexico and Texas. He currently teaches Sunday School at The Woodlands Methodist Church where he and his wife serve on the prayer team. Frank’s passion is to equip the church to make disciples. He recently published a book entitled “The 100 Commands of Christ” in support of this passion and has just returned from a two-week mission trip to India where he trained pastors and church planters in Wesleyan discipleship practices. Frank has earned the Master of Divinity degree from Southwestern Seminary and the Doctor of Ministry degree from Covenant Seminary. He and his wife Mary have been married for 36 years. God has blessed them with two wonderful children and three exceptionally bright grandchildren.

First Methodist Church Jasper Announces Mother's Day Out Program Registration
JASPER, Texas — First Methodist Church Jasper is excited to announce enrollment for its Mother's Day Out Program beginning August 17.
The program is designed for children ages 3 and 4 and provides a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where young children can learn, play, and grow while parents enjoy a few hours for work, errands, or personal time.
Classes will meet every Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. beginning August 17.
The cost is $25 per day, offering families a flexible and affordable childcare and preschool experience.
Through age-appropriate activities, social interaction, creative play, and Christian values, the Mother's Day Out Program helps prepare children for future educational success while fostering confidence and friendships.
Parents interested in enrolling their child or learning more about the program are encouraged to stop by the church office on Bowie and pick up registration information.

Ages: 3 and 4 years old
Limited enrollment to 12
Start Date: August 18
Days: Tuesdays and Thursdays
Time: 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Our church family and community are invited to a special two-week sermon series, “GREATER THINGS AHEAD,” with guest preacher Rev. Dr. Daniel Hannon on Sunday, June 7 and Sunday, June 14.

In seasons of uncertainty, God’s Word continues to remind us that God is faithful, present, and still at work among His people. This inspiring series is designed to encourage hearts, renew hope, and help our congregation look forward with confidence to the future God has prepared for First Methodist Church.

These messages will focus on God’s promises, His sustaining strength, and the belief that the best days of ministry can still be ahead when a church places its trust fully in Christ.

First Methodist Church—GOD IS NOT FINISHED & NEITHER ARE WE. Ours is a great future in the great plans of our eternal God. The Lord will have the final word for our church and that word is GOOD.
