W. FRANK'S OBITUARY
W. Frank Fuller, III, age 67, a resident of Washington, NC went to his heavenly reward on Tuesday April 21, 2026, at ECU Health Beaufort Hospital in Washington.
Celebration of his life will be held 10:00 a.m. Friday 24, 2026 at the Bayview Community Church officiated by Pastor Joyce Swimm and Pastor Johnnie Barber. A burial will follow in Pamlico Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Rodney Braddy, Roger Braddy, Tommy Ormond, Ethan Braddy, Cody Brewer and Billy Tankard.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Thursday April 23, 2026, at Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington and other times at the home.
Frank was born in Beaufort County on April 22, 1958, son of the late Edward Leslie Fuller and the late Cassie Smith Tyson. He was a 1976 graduate of J. H. Rose High School in Greenville and continued his education at Pitt County Community College. On December 31, 1999, he married the love of his life, the former Stephanie A. Braddy. He worked as a salesman at Coastal Car Connection in Washington. He loved going to car shows, riding his side by side, and playing his base guitar, which he had played forty plus years. He used his ability to play guitar for the Lord by playing in the church and on their praise team. His love for his Lord and Savior led him to become an ordained minister in the Pentecostal church. Frank dearly loved his mission trips to Kyrgystan, Argentina, and Jamaica to head up vacation bible school.
Surviving along with his wife, Stephanie, of the home are his children: Cassie Fuller of Colorado, Deanna Tankard and her husband Billy of Bath, Jenna F. Brewer and her husband Cody of Washington; a brother: Carl Fuller and his wife Bonnie of Lumberton, grandchildren: Hannah Silverthorne, Allison Morgan, Kaitlynn Brewer, Brantley Morgan, Lily Kate Morgan, Georgia Brewer, Dallas Brewer, and Houston Brewer; his father in law and mother in law: Reuben and Stella Braddy; his brothers in law, sisters in law, and nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Frank was preceded in death by a son: William Daniel Fuller; and a daughter: Hannah Renee Fuller.
