Year 2 is underway for Levi Charis Bible College

Back at Charis — And Thriving!

Dear Friends and Ministry Partners,

We have some exciting news to share!

After a wonderful summer filled with ministry opportunities, growth, and God’s faithfulness, Levi has safely made the drive back to Charis Bible College and is officially settled in for his second year!

We are so thankful to report that Levi has arrived safely, gotten settled, and is already thriving in this new season. It has been such a joy to hear the excitement in his voice as he begins another year of learning, growing, serving, and discovering all that God has ahead.

A New Year, New Opportunities

Levi is especially excited to begin his second-year classes at Charis Bible College. After everything God did in his life during his first year and throughout this summer, he is eager to go deeper into the Word, grow in his relationship with the Lord, and continue developing the practical ministry skills God is building into his life.

This year represents an exciting transition as his education becomes even more focused on practical ministry preparation. We are looking forward to seeing how God continues to shape Levi’s character, gifts, leadership, and calling.

And there’s even more to celebrate!

Levi Begins Employment at Charis

On September 3rd, Levi will begin his employment with Charis Bible College.

We are incredibly excited about this opportunity for him. Not only will Levi be a student again this year, but he will also have the opportunity to work at the college and serve within the Charis community.

We believe this is another meaningful step in Levi’s journey—giving him additional opportunities to learn, serve, develop responsibility, and gain practical experience while being surrounded by people who are passionate about Jesus and ministry.

It is exciting to watch God open doors and provide opportunities that align so beautifully with the direction He has been taking Levi.

Looking Back With Gratitude

When we look back over the past year, we are reminded of just how faithful God has been.

From Levi’s first year at Charis, to his mission trip to Nepal, to serving during our church’s Vacation Bible School and sensing an even stronger calling toward student ministry, God has continued to lead him one step at a time.

Now, as he begins Year Two, we are simply trusting the Lord with the next steps.

We don't know everything this year will hold, but we know the One who does.

And we are excited!

None of this journey would be possible without the faithful people God has placed around Levi.

To those who have prayed for him, encouraged him, helped financially, sent messages, checked in on him, or simply believed in what God is doing in his life—we want you to know how deeply grateful we are.

Your partnership has helped provide the opportunity for him to pursue biblical education, participate in ministry, and continue growing into the man God has called him to be.

Levi Kerr Ministry & Charis Partnership Update

Heading Into Year Two!

Dear Friends and Ministry Partners,

As summer comes to a close, we simply want to say thank you!

Because of your faithful prayers, encouragement, and financial partnership, Levi is preparing to begin his second year at Charis Bible College, and we could not be more grateful. Your investment is making an eternal difference, and you are a vital part of everything God is doing in his life. You are his personal scholarship, and we are so humbled and thankful.

This summer was filled with incredible opportunities to see the Lord at work. One of the highlights was Levi's mission trip to Nepal, where he ministered alongside a team, shared the love of Christ, and witnessed God move in remarkable ways. The trip was a success and left him with unforgettable testimonies of lives touched, hearts encouraged, and the faithfulness of God displayed in powerful ways. We are so thankful for everyone who prayed and gave to help make that mission possible.

After returning home, Levi had the opportunity to serve during our church's Vacation Bible School. Throughout the week he poured into the lives of teens, helping teach, encourage, and share the love of Jesus. During this time, Levi sensed the Lord stirring his heart in a fresh way with a strong call toward student ministry. It has been exciting to watch God continue to clarify His purpose and direction as Levi grows in both character and ministry.

Now, as he returns to Charis for his second year, we believe this next season will be one of even greater growth and opportunity. New doors are already beginning to open, and we are confident the Lord will continue preparing him for the work He has called him to do.

YEAR TWO AT CHARIS: is an exciting season because it moves beyond classroom learning into practical ministry. Levi will continue studying advanced biblical subjects such as Advanced Bible Doctrines, Acts: Power for Supernatural Living, Making of a Minister, and Answers to Important Questions. These courses are designed to deepen his understanding of Scripture while equipping him for lifelong ministry.

One of the most valuable aspects of this year is participation in Inter-Action Groups (IAGs). These small-group ministry workshops provide hands-on training where students prepare and preach short messages, develop public speaking skills, lead prayer, and practice many of the practical responsibilities of pastoral ministry. It is an incredible environment where biblical knowledge is transformed into real ministry experience.

Another important component of Year Two is a required mission trip, giving students the opportunity to minister alongside a team in a cross-cultural setting. After experiencing the life-changing mission to Nepal this summer, Levi is even more excited to continue sharing the Gospel wherever God opens doors. These ministry experiences help students develop confidence, servant leadership, and a heart for reaching people with the love and grace of Jesus.

Upon successfully completing this second year, Levi will have fulfilled the practical ministry requirements of the Charis program and will graduate with an Associate Degree, while also becoming eligible for ministerial credentials where applicable. More importantly, he will be equipped with both a strong biblical foundation and practical ministry experience to faithfully serve wherever God leads.

None of this would be possible without faithful partners like you. Whether you have prayed, given financially, or encouraged Levi along the way, please know that your partnership is bearing eternal fruit. You are investing in lives that are being impacted both here at home and around the world.

As we enter this new school year, we would be honored if you would continue praying with us:
