🚨 Stop Weaponizing “Separation of Church and State” to Push Atheism ✝️
Enough. The phrase comes from Jefferson’s 1802 letter to the Danbury Baptists. It was meant to prevent the federal government from establishing one official church — not to erase God from public life or turn America into an atheist state.
The Founders opened Congress with prayer, put Bible verses on buildings, and declared national days of thanksgiving. The Declaration appeals to “Nature’s God,” says our rights come from our Creator, and ends with reliance on “divine Providence.”
The First Amendment is clear:
“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.”
It protects faith from government control — not the other way around. John Adams warned our Constitution was made only for a “moral and religious people.” Washington said national morality cannot prevail without religious principle.
Today, activists twist “separation” into a weapon to ban prayer, Ten Commandments, Christmas displays, and any mention of God — while imposing secular ideology everywhere. That’s not neutrality. That’s establishing atheism as the default.
America was founded under God, not in spite of Him. Faith and liberty are inseparable. Reject the godless rewrite of our history.
