We are a community of Christ followers who want to model to everyone what it looks like to live in unity. Jesus prayed that we would live in unity, and we want to see His prayer answered in our local church and around the world. Because we follow Christ, we are sent to everyone to share with them the good news of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

College Young Adults Los Angeles Mission Trip // August 3rd - 10th

The Lord is moving mightily in Los Angeles 🙌🌴

“As the Father has sent me, I also send you.” John 20:21

Our LIFE College & Young Adults were SENT on mission to Los Angeles to serve faithfully, share the gospel boldly, and show His love everywhere they went!

They started the trip praying over the city of LA from Griffith Observatory, then prayer-walked the community, shared the gospel at Venice Beach and Santa Monica Pier, and served with our LIFE Mission Partner Pastor Trenton Mueller The Abiding Church through outreach, hospitality, evangelism, community night, setup, and teardown.

They also spent two days serving with The Abiding on Skid Row with Fred Jordan Missions, listening to stories, praying with people, sharing the gospel, inviting people to chapel, serving meals, distributing clothes, and preaching Christ.

By God’s grace, they saw SEVEN people place their faith in Jesus, assisted one person to get off Skid Row, and tried to connect with a recovery facility! We praise Him for every life reached, prayer offered, and gospel seed planted.

Thank you to everyone who prayed, gave, served, and helped send us, and to Mark and Lori for opening their home to host the team once again. Y’all were truly “fellow workers in the truth” in everything the Lord accomplished (3 John 8).
