In a discovery that redefines what we know about our planet, scientists have confirmed the presence of a massive water reservoir buried 400 miles beneath Earth’s surface. Locked inside a mineral called ringwoodite, this water isn’t liquid but trapped at the molecular level, hidden within the rock’s crystal structure. Researchers estimate it could contain three times more water than all of Earth’s surface oceans combined.

For decades, geophysicists suspected that the deep mantle might store hidden water, but solid proof was missing until now. By analyzing earthquake waves traveling through Earth’s layers, scientists detected unique signatures that revealed the presence of water-rich rock. This groundbreaking evidence shows that our planet’s “water cycle” may extend far deeper than we ever imagined, circulating between the surface and the mantle over millions of years.

Experts believe this hidden ocean could explain how Earth first gained its surface water and why it has remained stable for billions of years. It might even influence volcanic eruptions and tectonic shifts, acting as part of Earth’s internal plumbing system. The finding reminds us that even our own planet still holds incredible secrets beneath our feet.

BELSHAZZAR FOUND

The Bible speaks of Belshazzar, the king of Babylon killed by the Persians (Daniel 5:30).
The archeological evidence at the time had Nabonidus as the last king of Babylon. Critics of the Bible quickly jumped on this difference between the archeological record and the Bible. Belshazzar was actually the SON of Nabonidus. Nabonidus lived in Arabia, and Belshazzar was the acting king of Babylon who was killed by the Persians.

Seen in this photo is the Nabonidus Chronicle, an ancient Babylonian text which chronicles the reign of Belshazzar's father and also documents the period during which Belshazzar was regent in Babylon.

The Bible is, and has always been, historically accurate!
