NOTICE:

Upon entering Lake View Cemetery, you will notice "orange sticks" which have recently been placed at numerous grave spaces throughout the cemetery. These mark the graves where veterans are buried, and where U.S. flags will be placed prior to Memorial Day. PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE THESE "STICKS" as they are crucial for the volunteers who will be placing the flags to locate each veteran's grave. Thank you for your cooperation.

Please remove all items off of graves by October 1st 2025 as the cemetery will be starting fall clean up shortly there after. Items may go back on graves the week of Thanksgiving so LVCA will be able to do our leaf clean up. Thank you.

On Saturday July 12th, we had a theft of several bronze markers with on granite bases stolen. If anyone witnessed anything like this on Saturday sometime between 10 am and 7 pm , please call our office at 716 665 3206 or Jamestown Police Department. Thank you.

Thank you to all of the Lake View Cemetery staff for all of their hard work in preparation for this year's Memorial Day. The weather wasn't kind to us but our crew still did a great job . Thank you to Keith and Kim Ecklund for taking over the placement of over 4000 flags here at LVCA. Thank you for everyone's help this year. Have a safe Memorial Day.
