New Providence Primitive Baptist Church will be meeting with Mt. Olive Church (Sailes Fire Tower Road) this Sunday morning (June 30th) at 9:00. We will not have services at the Ringgold or Jamestown locations. We look forward to a morning of worship and fellowship.

Did you know, The Lord’s Supper did not end with bread and wine? Jesus washed the feet of his apostles and instructed them to follow His example and wash one another’s feet. It’s one of the most humbling and spiritual parts of our communion service. If your church doesn’t include foot washing, you are missing out.

Anyone who wants to bring food or give their respects to the Billy Rex Harper Jr family - all his kids, grandkids , and a great grandkid will all be at his house this week from all over the country. Some of us are staying there while the rest are coming in over the week. My sister Lisa has it clean and straight . Please feel free to share this. Viewing is sat morning at Rockett and funeral is Saturday at 230 at Pleasant Grove church .

A few weeks ago on a Wednesday night, we prayed for the Lord to send us laborers and people to teach and learn with. The very next Sunday, Johnny and Melinda Culbertson came to church. Tonight we had an amazing service for the baptism of Johnny and Melinda. Melinda referred to it as a renewal of vows. We are pleased to welcome Brother Johnny and Sister Melinda to New Providence Primitive Baptist Church.
