Today I’m reminding myself that recovery isn’t about being perfect — it’s about showing up, even when my mind tries to drag me back to who I used to be. We ain’t built for backwards living anymore.

Every day we wake up clean is another day we prove that hope beats the hell out of our past. We’ve crawled out of darker places than most people will ever understand, and we did it together.

So today, let’s keep pushing forward. One choice. One moment. One breath at a time. We didn’t survive all that just to quit now. Proud of every one of us showing up this morning.
