Sharing from a favorite FB site. A reminder that we are all loved. ✝️☮️💟

Something I tell my grandchildren is this:
Mistakes will be made.

There will be words you wish you could take back,
choices you wish you had made differently,
and days when you fall short of who you want to be.

You will disappoint yourself sometimes.

You will get things wrong.

That is part of being human.

But do not let your mistakes convince you that you are beyond love.

The people who truly love you will not expect perfection from you.

They will offer grace.

They will forgive.

And they will remind you that one bad moment does not define an entire life.

Most of all, remember this:

God’s love is bigger than your failures.

His mercy is new every morning.

So when you stumble, tell the truth.
Make things right.
Learn from it.
And keep moving forward.

Because love does not keep score of every wrong.

Love forgives.

Love covers.

Love remains.

“Hatred stirs up conflict, but love covers over all wrongs.”
— Proverbs 10:12 🤍

Sunday, June 14,2026
From our church secretary Peg Frankiewicz.

The United Church of Christ of Jamestown welcomed Rev. Amy Rohler to their pulpit today as guest speaker. Pastor Rick Miller was Liturgist, Donald Nelson read the UCC Welcome and Scripture, and Jason Lutgen gave the Children's Message. Scripture, the Children's Message, and the sermon revolved around Psalm 23 which most people will probably recognize from funeral services. Pastor Amy explained each section of the Psalm and its meaning in our lives. Thank you, Pastor Amy, for such an enlightening sermon. Everyone is welcome to attend our services on Sundays at 10:45am. Summer hours will be listed on our website and Facebook.

From our church secretary. Brett Muscarella was our speaker today.

Well we had another successful spaghetti dinner this evening. A few little hiccups, but all in all the dinner, bake sale and house goods sale went very well.

Thank you to those who attended, your support makes our community outreach possible. ❤️

Thank you to everyone who helped make this a success. From printing tickets and signs, shopping for supplies, setting up on Friday, making baked goods, desserts, spaghetti sauce, special homemade salad dressing, running the sales, taking care of and greeting our guests, servers, clean up, etc. I could go on. It is amazing how our church family pulls this off every year. We work awesome together and we always pull it off in the end no matter what.

I special shout out to our secretary Peg Frankiwicz who keeps us organized, to our cooks Gary Loll and Don Nelson and to Ralph Farrar who runs the dishwasher. A lot of hard work in the kitchen!

Thank you again to everyone and God Bless!

Please join us for Sunday morning worship at 10:45. All are welcome!!
