As we reach the end of Clergy Appreciation Month, would like to take this time to honor our beloved Apostle, Dr. Dina Hubert,
Apostle was more than just a pastor to us at Kingdom People. For many of us—both within and outside of the church—she wore many hats: a mentor, a spiritual mother, a midwife, a destiny helper, a confidant, a best friend, and even a sister to those who knew and loved her.
Apostle not only believed in God for everyone, but she also fought and stood in agreement with who God says we are in Him. She taught us what it means to love God unconditionally and to love His people. Through her character and actions, Apostle exemplified a pastor who always trusted and believed God, no matter what the enemy or life threw her way. To us, she was and still is the shining beam of light our Heavenly Father blessed Kingdom People with.
Our beloved Apostle taught us to seek God and His Kingdom first. She preached holiness and lived it boldly and unapologetically. A true prophet and general in the Kingdom, she was a pillar of faith and strength. Had it not been for our Apostle, Kingdom People and its establishments would not be what they are today.
To say we miss our Apostle is an understatement. There are no words adequate enough to describe or express the pain we’ve felt in her absence here on earth. Yet, we are comforted knowing that she taught us well and that she’s resting in the arms of Jesus. The mantle and spirit of our leader still rest upon us, and we carry the baton that has been passed on to us—with integrity, holiness, and complete submission to the calling on our lives through Christ Jesus.
To the best Apostle we’ve ever had, we love you and miss you dearly. Because of you, we want Jesus. Because of you, we’ve experienced what it means to live a balanced life in Christ. You taught us that we can be fashionable and still live holy. We can love without compromise, forgive as Christ did, and still remain pure in heart.
