New Life
How appropriate that we are birthing something new from something old on the day that we celebrate the resurrection of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Just as Christ lived before He died and was raised again, so too has Redeeming Grace lived before, experienced a sort of death, only to be raised up in newness of life. In a sense, we too have been made glorious in this appearing.
Redeeming Grace was birthed from the heart of God, spoken into the unready heart of Pastor Jeff in December of 2004. However, it wasn’t until June of 2005 that there was the formation of the first ministry team over lunch on a Sunday following worship in Worcester, MA. From this humble beginning was put into motion a plan of action that led to a move to Keene, NH and the church plant that was begun on August 6, 2006. Redeeming Grace existed, in its first form, now affectionately called Redeeming Grace 1.0, until the Spring of 2011 when it was time to cease operations as a traditional church. The ministry continued to exist as an extension of ongoing ministry to enable kingdom-minded ministry to take place in the church revitalization efforts that Pastor Jeff & Pastor Deb undertook during the ensuing years, until God moved us into what is currently referred to as Redeeming Grace 2.0. You can find out more about us here: www.redeeminggracenh.com. This was all part of God’s plan to align circumstances in our lives in order to reveal His greater glory and to restore and bring to fulfillment His greater plan.
In the Spring of 2018, Pastor Jeff was asked to consider helping the struggling Jaffrey Assembly of God church that was without a pastor for over a year. In moving into the church in August of 2018, we immediately began to see God’s favor upon our efforts here.
