This Labor Day, we give thanks for the work of our hands, the talents God has given us, and the many people whose daily efforts serve our families, our parish, and our community.
May this day also remind us of the importance of rest—to step away from our busy routines, spend time with those we love, and make room for God’s presence in our lives.
We pray for all who work, those seeking employment, those who have retired after many years of service, and all whose work often goes unseen. May God bless the work we do and help us use our gifts in service to one another.

Walking With Mary

Mary’s faith was rooted in her willingness to trust God, even when she could not see where the journey would lead. Her “yes” reminds us that faith does not require having every answer—it asks us to place our lives in God’s hands and trust that He will lead us.

Prayer: Lord, give me the courage to say yes to You as Mary did. Help me trust Your plan, follow where You lead, and remain faithful even when the path ahead is uncertain.
