FaithCifoc Fellowship: Opportunities to experience “Koinonia” Fellowship in the form of Leadership Summits, Kingdom Exploration Conference, Regional and State Meetings and Networking with Pastors of like-minds. Working together to support the church’s mission and ministry. Collaboration is considered central to the mission as all members are equivalent and working towards the same goal in Christ.

Encouragement and Mutual Support: FaithCifoc Fellowship enables us to connect, receive strength and encouragement from each other. As a spiritual discipline, fellowship strengthens faith by offering chances for mutual edification, support, accountability, unity and outreach. “ And let us not be weary in well doing; for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not (Galatians 6:9)

Guidance: Opportunities to seek godly counsel by utilizing spiritual expertise of the executive counsel. “For where no counsel is, the people fall; but in the multitude of counselors there is safety. (Proverbs 11:14)

Christian Education: Opportunities exist to empower through continual Pastoral training through our Conference School of Ministry. Developmental training and education in areas such as church administration, accounting, marketing, computer skills, leadership development and kingdom expansion. Theological and Ministerial degrees available through an Accredited University.

Economic Development: Opportunities are extended to FaithCifoc members in collaborative efforts to revitalize communities including development training for community and global outreach missions, create economic wealth, assist churches with establishing themselves to be financially independent outside of the general offertory system.

Church Structure Development: Opportunities for 501C3 development, Capital Campaign development and Ministry Strategic Planning.

Pastoral Development: Opportunities for Pastors to receive one on one Pastoral Mentorship, Financial Retirement Plans, Pastoral Insurance Programs, and Pastoral Networking for Ministry expansion.
