with everything going on and so many people worried about the security of the US Dollar and our economy, I wanted to make sure everyone is aware of the ability to transact private business using a fully legal private currency that is backed by silver instead of US dollars which aren't backed by anything except a promise from US government. This private currency system has been in place since 1998 and was the inspiration for bitcoin. The price of silver keeps going up so having currency backed by silver should be a no brainer for most who are concerned about the US dollar declining in value or even possibly collapsing. for those following this page already, if you are local to Jacksonville or Cherokee county Texas, we will be starting a series of courses on the constitution, our rights, how the authority has been usurped and what we can do about it without resulting in another revolution. What has been taken from us can be restored peacefully if we only educate ourselves on how our current situation was already planned for. It was foreseen 200 years ago and was planned for. We simply need to learn the things we should already know but haven't been taught.

If anyone would like to join us for these classes on Monday evenings at the Mount Hope Community Church, let me know so I can plan to have enough materials on hand for anyone who comes.

If you're intending to get married, keep the marriage between you and your spouse and don't make the State a party to your marriage by asking them for a license.

How many of my married friends know that your marriage is NOT between just you and your spouse? Your marriage has 3 parties to it. If you are legally married, the marriage is a contract between both spouses AND the STATE, making the state a party to the marriage contract and they have as much say in your marriage (and issues) as either spouse. If your marriage produced children, legally the state has all authority to determine if the natural parents can even retain custody and raise their own children. The state can force you to comply with their will (such as vaccinations, compulsory attendance or any other parental decision) or remove your child from your custody. If you need validation, I can provide the case law showing all of this and more. If you want your marriage (and your family) to be your business and your decision, and you want the state to stay out of your marriage, your family decisions, and your business, you have to terminate the contract that unknowingly caused them to be a legal party to your marriage, then reclaim and retain your natural rights as a spouse and a parent..The more you know.

this is great audio of a Sermon from a minister from Wisconsin in 1998. This is why I chose to become an ordained minister to help those who seek an ecclesiastical marriage over a licensed marriage. This is also a part of a much bigger picture of what I teach the people. This is a fairly short clip but this is what all homeschool groups should be teaching our future generations and start protecting future generations from state subjectivity. Enjoy.

we believe that our rights are God given unalienable rights granted by our creator, not simply civil rights granted by government. We also believe it is the duty of the church to fight for and protect what has been given to us by our creator. We have several efforts underway to ensure churches are once again able to maintain the separation of church and state and the people can enjoy their rights without government intrusion or infringement. Your church should also be capable of providing the assistance needed to keep mandated vaccinations out of the states control as a matter of religious or spiritual beliefs but most are not currently capable of accomplishing this. The effort to educate and assist church leaders will be an expensive one. If your church has been affected by government intrusion during this "pandemic" of if they simply need to restore the separation of church and state and not be subject to government, feel free to share our contact info so we may assist them.

The political campaign activity prohibition isn’t intended to restrict free expression on political matters by leaders of churches or religious organizations speaking for themselves, as individuals. Nor are leaders prohibited from speaking about important issues of public policy. However, for their organizations to remain tax exempt under IRC Section 501(c)(3), religious leaders can’t make partisan comments in official organization publications or at official church functions. To avoid potential attribution of their comments outside of church functions and publications, religious leaders who speak or write in their individual capacity are encouraged to clearly indicate that their comments are personal and not intended to represent the views of the organization.

Many ministers believe they must by law seek IRS exemption from federal taxes...even though in its various publications the IRS disagrees with that unfounded belief. Such ministers believe their legitimacy derives from such government approval...and not from God. However, when you ask them what those numbers and letter mean...they are not so sure.

The 501c3 form 1023 application is an example of the churches crossing boundaries [out of Church in to State] seeking and consenting to the jurisdiction and regulation/rules of the federal government. And, of course, what the government silences under 501c3 is political speech.

Such jurisdiction and regulation are contrary to God's revealed word and God's law.
Churches and religious organizations, like many other charitable organizations, qualify for exemption from federal income tax under IRC Section 501(c)(3) and are generally eligible to receive tax-deductible contributions. To qualify for tax-exempt status, the organization must meet the following requirements (covered in greater detail throughout this (publication 1828 (Rev. 8-2015) Tax Guide for Churches and Religious Organizations,

the organization must be organized and operated exclusively for religious, educational, scientific or other charitable purposes;
the organization’s purposes and activities may not be illegal or violate fundamental public policy.

the organization may not intervene in political campaigns on behalf of (or in opposition to) any candidate for public office; E.g. : ANY politician, Republican, Democrat or any other party.
Churches and religious organizations may, however, involve themselves in issues of public policy without the activity being considered as lobbying. For example, churches may conduct educational meetings [E.g.: pros and cons of the issue], prepare and distribute educational materials, or otherwise consider public policy issues in an educational manner without jeopardizing their tax-exempt status.
Public Policy Issues ONLY [as long as the organization does not intervene in political campaigns on behalf of (or in opposition to) any candidate for public office; E.g. : ANY politician, Republican, Democrat or any other party].
It should be clear to anyone that obtaining 501(c)(3) status they are essentially signing away the rights of a church to the IRS bureaucracy. Christians who organize congregations need to weigh the issue of easy tax deductions provided by section 501(c)(3) against the signing away control of their organization to the IRS, instead of leaving it in the capable hands of Jesus Christ
