Apostle Berlinda Helms founded Emmanuel Bible Fellowship Ministries’ in 1995, a faith based ministry in community and economic development. Growing and expanding by leaps and bounds Emmanuel is only one location but is making a major impact in the community and around the world through other entities’ of our ministry; our partnership with a school in Kampala, Uganda, learning center in Jacksonvill
