Juneteenth is an invitation to remember honestly, to give thanks for those who persevered through oppression, and to recommit ourselves to the work of healing, reconciliation, and justice.

The Gospel calls us into relationship with one another, into the hard and holy work of listening, learning, and building communities where every person is recognized as beloved by God.
