River City Church

Some of the most difficult seasons of our lives become the places where we encounter God in ways we never expected.

It doesn't mean the pain wasn't real or that we would ever choose to walk through it again. But sometimes, looking back, we realize that even in the middle of what we never wanted, God was meeting us there.

And that changes everything.

Sundays are better together, and there's always room for another friend!

Who could you invite to church tomorrow? Maybe it's a neighbor, a coworker, or someone you've been meaning to catch up with. Sometimes a simple invitation can mean more than you realize.

Bring a friend, grab some coffee, and we'll see you tomorrow at 10am at the DuPont YMCA!

Big smiles, loud voices, hands raised, and hearts growing in faith!

There's something special happening at River City Kids every Sunday. Through worship, teaching, and meaningful relationships, kids are discovering who Jesus is and what it looks like to follow Him.

These moments may seem small, but they're laying the foundation for a lifetime of faith. We're grateful for every leader who pours into the next generation and every child who gets to experience the love of Jesus in a place where they belong.

What if this season of change is about more than just a change of location?

This Sunday, we kicked off our new series, Lose Yourself, with a challenge to wake up to what God is doing around us, in our city, and in our own hearts.

Our time at DuPont isn't just a place to gather while we wait for what's next. It's an opportunity to step outside what's familiar, rediscover what God has placed within us, and be open to what He might be asking of us.

Maybe God is stirring something in you that He's been preparing for a long time.

The question is, are we willing to respond?

After two Sundays apart, we were finally together again. And what a Sunday it was!

Yesterday marked our first service at DuPont YMCA, and it was so good to see our church family filling this new space with worship, laughter, and familiar faces.

Over the past few weeks, so many people have given their time and energy to make this day possible. Seeing it all come together was something special.

A new location. A new season. The same God at work.

We're grateful for what God has done and excited for what's ahead.

Welcome to our new home, River City!

These rooms are empty now.

But they mattered.

We worshiped here.
We prayed here.
We laughed here.
We cried here.
We watched our kids grow here.
We encountered Jesus here.

And what God started here
will continue through us.

There is more ahead.

More stories to tell.
More prayers to pray.
More songs to sing.
More people to love.
More lives to be changed.
More of His Kingdom to come.

In six days,
we gather again.

A new room.
A new season.
The same church family.
The same Jesus.
