From Genesis to Revelation, God's memory is infinite and His sight uninterrupted. He is ever-present in the affairs of man, active in history, and fully aware of every hidden action, silent prayer, and unspoken grief.

However, the Bible does speak of a divine action regarding our past—not through human forgetfulness, but through divine grace. In the New Covenant (Hebrews 8:12, 10:16-20), God promises, "Their sins and iniquities will I remember no more." This is not an accidental slip of the mind; it is a holy, conscious decision made through the blood of Jesus Christ. God does not suffer from amnesia; He chooses to forgive and erase the record of our debt through the cross.
