Impact Church of Jacksonville (IC-Jax), formerly Faith Christian Center, was founded in August 18,1996. IC-Jax is part of the Association of Related Churches (ARC). Bishop George L. Davis and his beautiful wife, Pastor April Davis, relocated from Detroit, Michigan with a small contingent to begin what would grow into a vision to spread the good news of Jesus Christ. Impact Church is a non-denomina

tional church with heavy emphasis on solid biblical teaching and practical everyday application. Impact's purpose is help men, women, boys and girls to come to Know God, Find Freedom, Discover Purpose and Make a Difference. We offer small groups for every interest, as well as special activities and outings for the young and the young at heart. Since its inception, Impact Church continues to experience growth by the awesome power of God. Impact offers dynamic Sunday morning services in Jacksonville, Florida in a state-of-the art facility located at 9501 Arlington Expy Ste 245 in Jacksonville, Florida. Other affiliated churches (Impact 7 & Beyond) are located in Orlando and Miami, Florida, Norfolk, Virginia Detroit, Michigan and Piura and Lima, Peru.

Baptism Sunday through the eyes of Pastor David Blouin. 🩵

From welcoming people into the building, connecting with our membership class, and celebrating those taking their next step through baptism, this is what ministry looks like beyond the stage. 🙌🏼

For Pastor Blouin, it’s about helping people grow closer to God, strengthening the culture of our church, and making sure we continue to live out the core values that make Impact who we are.

And on Baptism Sunday, we got to see that in action. Congratulations to everyone who was baptized last Saturday and Sunday! 🥳

💧Baptism happens every first Saturday and Sunday of the month after every service. If you’re ready to publicly declare your faith and show the world that you’ve decided to follow Jesus, we’ll be ready for you!

Homecoming at Impact is almost here, and we don’t want you coming alone!

Invite your family. Invite your friends. Invite your neighbors. Invite the people you used to sit beside at church but haven’t seen in a while. Reach out to the ones who moved away, got busy, or simply haven’t been back in some time.

Homecoming is the perfect reason to reconnect, come back together, and celebrate what God is doing in our house.

There’s more happening around you than what you can see. 🩵

In our new series, UNSEEN: Angels All Around, we’re learning more about the spiritual world, the role of angels, and why the words we speak matter.

Psalm 103 tells us that angels hearken to the voice of God’s Word. To hearken means to move quickly in obedience. So when you speak God’s Word over your life, your family, your future and your circumstances, you’re giving your angels something to work with. 🙌🏼

Speak faith. Speak the Word. Speak what God has already said‼️

Before you get caught up in everything this week will bring, take a moment to pray and rest. On this Labor Day, let today be a reminder that you don’t have to carry everything at once. 🩵

There’s more happening around you than what you can see. God is working in ways you may not always recognize, and His angels are carrying out His purposes around His people. 🙌🏼

This week, pray for open eyes, steady faith, true rest, and peace in knowing you are never without God’s care. 🙏🏼

Some weekends remind you just how much God is doing in and through His church. 🩵

We celebrated lives changed through water baptism and stepped into a brand new series, UNSEEN: Angels All Around.

Week 1, The World We Can’t See, reminded us that there is more happening around us than what our eyes can see. Angels are real, God’s kingdom is active, and even when we can’t see the help He has sent, that doesn’t mean help isn’t there. 🙌🏼

We also had the honor of praying over and sending out Impact’s first missionaries as they prepare to serve in Vietnam. Continue to keep them covered in prayer as they step into this assignment. 🙏🏼

From worship to the Word to watching people publicly declare their faith through baptism, this weekend was a reminder that God is moving in ways seen and unseen.

First Wednesday was POWERFUL. 🩵

From worship, to communion, to 7 in 7 + 1, every part of the night pointed us back to God and reminded us of His presence, His goodness, and His Word. 🙌🏼

Last night was another reminder of just how much God has placed in this house. We’re surrounded by gifted, anointed people who are willing to pour out what God has given them.

Eight voices. Seven minutes each. So many powerful reminders, perspectives, and moments to take with us. 🙏🏼

There’s nothing like gathering together as a church family to worship, receive, reflect, and grow.
