Davis and his beautiful wife, Pastor April Davis, relocated from Detroit, Michigan with a small contingent to begin what would grow into a vision to spread the good news of Jesus Christ. Impact Church is a non-denomina

tional church with heavy emphasis on solid biblical teaching and practical everyday application. Impact's purpose is help men, women, boys and girls to come to Know God, Find Freedom, Discover Purpose and Make a Difference. We offer small groups for every interest, as well as special activities and outings for the young and the young at heart. Since its inception, Impact Church continues to experience growth by the awesome power of God. Impact offers dynamic Sunday morning services in Jacksonville, Florida in a state-of-the art facility located at 9501 Arlington Expy Ste 245 in Jacksonville, Florida. Other affiliated churches (Impact 7 & Beyond) are located in Orlando and Miami, Florida, Norfolk, Virginia Detroit, Michigan and Piura and Lima, Peru.

Life has a way of filling our schedules with responsibilities. 🗓️ We pour into our families, careers, ministries, and everyone around us until our identity becomes wrapped up in what we do.

But before you’re a mother, wife, leader, or caregiver, you’re a daughter of the King. 👑💕

And men, the same is true for you. ☝🏼Before you’re a husband, father, or leader, you’re a son of the King!

Our worth isn’t found in our titles, accomplishments, or responsibilities. It’s found in who GOD says we are. ✨

This week, we’re talking about how God can bring purpose out of pain. 🩵

One of our Impact family members shared how the spoken word piece from this past weekend reminded her of her own story.

There was a time when trauma made her feel like she wouldn’t be able to move forward and even led her to a place where she wanted to give up. But God kept her. 🙌🏼

Today, she’s still here. She’s healing. She’s growing in her faith. And a few weeks ago, she took the step of baptism as a public declaration of what God has done in her life. 👏🏼👏🏼

No matter what you’ve been through, your story isn’t over. 🙅🏻‍♂️ God is still working, still healing, and still writing your next chapter. 🙏🏼

Over the weekend in our Heroes series, we learned from Hannah that some burdens can’t be fixed by people, only by God. 🙏🏽

As you start this week, stop searching for human solutions to spiritual problems. Bring your worries, prayers, and unanswered questions to the One who never fails.

Pray more. Trust more. Worry less.

One of the most powerful moments from this weekend happened during praise and worship. 🙏🏼

Jason and Joshua Rogers shared a moving spoken word piece that captured a struggle many people silently face: feeling alone, overwhelmed, and wondering where God is in the middle of life’s hardest seasons.

Their message reminded us that even when life feels heavy, when faith feels small, and when we can’t see what God is doing, we are never alone. There is still hope, there is still purpose, and the fight isn’t over. 🙅🏻‍♂️

If you’ve ever struggled with anxiety, depression, grief, hopelessness, or simply felt like you’re carrying more than you can bear, please know this: you don’t have to walk through it alone❗️

At Impact, we believe seeking counseling is a sign of strength, not weakness. Through the Impact Counseling Center, counseling services are available free of charge for Impact Church members, because no one should have to face life’s challenges by themselves.

And above all, remember this: God is always with you. Even in the moments when He feels distant, He has never left your side and He never will. Your church family is here for you, and so is the God who promises to never leave you nor forsake you. 🩵
