The Meaning of Life – Nitzavim & Vayelech – Dt 29:9-31:30

When Moses was giving his final words to his people, Israel, he prophesied of the end of the age.
Inspired by the Ruach HaKodesh, he encouraged his people be strong and brave, because God would be with them. He directed them to love God and cling to Him with all their strength. Moreover, he revealed what it means to love God, and he also revealed the meaning of life!

Yes, there are hidden things which God alone knows, but there are things, words, which God has revealed to us, in order that we may do them. He entrusted them to us, to keep, to guard, and to do, for our own good.

They are not too hard. In fact, they are not even burdensome. Rather, they bring blessings, and they demonstrate our love to Him. This is the purpose of man.

Torah is the way of life, for those who take hold of it. Yeshua is the living Word, who taught and fulfilled the Torah as an example to us. He is our guide. He is our Shepherd.

Follow Him, for there is no other way to the Father and the Kingdom of God.
