Berea Baptist Church began in 1955 as a mission church of First Baptist Church of Little Rock. Eight years later, on January 27, 1963, Berea Baptist Church was officially organized. Today, we are a family of believers that meet each week to praise and worship God our Father and to study his precious word so we may each day strive to be more like Jesus Christ and to reach others for Him. We help an

d support our members and others that we come into fellowship with, while striving to reach and support the surrounding community. We also have a year long collection for Operation Christmas Child, which culminates into our OCC Packing Party in November. We are also strong supporters of the Arkansas Baptist Childrens Homes, and we support the Dixie Jackson, Annie Armstrong, and the Lottie Moon special offerings during the year. Our focus is on diligent Bible study and Christian living and service. It is our heart's desire to be a place filled with love and compassion, a place where all are welcome to come hear about God's love and precious gift of salvation.
