Comment Policy

Thank you for being a part of the community here on Hillcrest's page. Hillcrest's page is meant to be a way to keep you informed on various church events and content. It’s also an opportunity for us to engage with people who

have benefited from Hillcrest's and Pastor Chris' ministry. The page does have administrators who will do their best to answer reasonable questions by posting links to existing Hillcrest content. The administrators also moderate comments. Administrators reserve the right to delete any comments. Every community, to function well, requires rules. The following types of comments will be deleted:

-Hate speech of any kind
-Inappropriate content, including excessively foul language, po*******hy, etc.
-Self-promotion such as links to personal blogs, websites, etc.
-Requests for donations or money
-Spam of any kind, such as reposts of the same comment and/or repeating the same sentiment over and over again
-Promotion of political candidates and policy
-Insults of other commenters or egging other commenters on
-Malicious attacks against church members and leaders
-Anything strange, demanding, obsessive, threatening, etc.
-Anything that infringes on a copyright

If a comment is deleted, consider the deletion a warning. Those who persist in posting comments that are in violation of this policy will be banned from the page. Things like Facebook are 24/7. However, our administrators are not. Therefore, we ask that, as community members who care about this page, that you do not reply to obvious attempts to bait you into arguments. Please ignore comments in violation of this policy until they can be properly moderated.

Tomorrow, our Mission Team will be returning home from Ecuador after a wonderful week of serving alongside Pate Ministries. We are grateful for all God has done through their ministry and for each person who has faithfully prayed for them throughout this journey.

As they travel home, please join us in praying for:

As our Mission Team continues serving alongside Pate Ministries in Ecuador, we ask for your prayers today.

🕘 9:15 AM | Devotion & Prayer
Pray for encouragement, spiritual refreshment, and that God will continue to lead and direct the team as they minister throughout the week.

Please also pray for the relationships that have been formed, the conversations that have taken place, and the seeds that have been planted. Ask God to continue working in the hearts and lives of those they have encountered and to use His Word to bring lasting impact.
