Psalm 107 focuses on many of life's problems: the lost, prisoners, sick and afflicted, experiencing life's storms. To each of them the psalmist reminds that God's love and mercies are steadfast and sure to those who call out to Him, giving Him thanks in all things. Take time to read Psalm 107 and give thanks for His steadfast love.

Wishing you a Thursday filled with joy, growth, and the wisdom to make the right decisions.
"The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and the knowledge of the Holy One is insight." Proverbs 9:10

When you accept Christ you will be tested. Jesus wants you to want Him, not only what He can do for you. The slightest change in plans, bad traffic, someone else's bad bahavior and we get aggravated. How then are we able to endure severe testing? There needs to be a contrast between the flesh and the Spirit. Maturity is evident in enduring trials; bold testimonies, words and acts of love flow, kindness, prayers and encouragement for brothers and sisters. May we keep our joy today no matter what. After all we are children of the Almighty.

Have you stopped to consider, our daily routines and actions can be thanks raised to our Father?Faith is not confined to sacred spaces. It is lived out in the ordinary rhythm of daily life. Paul’s words to the Colossians show us that everything—from the smallest task to the largest responsibility—can be an act of worship when done with gratitude and love. The dishes, the deadlines, the conversations—all of them can reflect the character of Christ when we invite Him into them. Let this Tuesday be more than a bridge between days. Let it be a living prayer, where each word and action becomes a quiet expression of devotion.

Memorial Day, observed on the last Monday of May, is a day to honor members of the military who were killed in service, both during deployments overseas or in training and service in the U.S. Across the country, Americans spend the day visiting cemeteries, laying wreaths and remembering. Jesus said, "I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down His life for the sheep. John 10:11" Pause to remember those who died for our country. Draw near to the loving care of The Good Shepherd, He gives rest, refreshing, and protection.

Jesus was crucified on Passover, fifty days later was the feast of Pentecost. Pentecost is a joyous celebration of the first fruits. Today is Pentecost Sunday. At Pentecost, God’s Holy Spirit came on the apostles in the form of fire. This was not a fire of destruction but a symbol of God’s purifying love and blessing. The Spirit comes into our lives to transform us, cleansing and purifying us to become more like Christ in our daily living.

"Fruit is always the miraculous, the created; it is never the result of willing, but always a growth. The fruit of the Spirit is a gift of God, and only He can produce it. They who bear it know as little about it as the tree knows of its fruit. They know only the power of Him on whom their life depends." Dietrich Bonhoeffer
The Bible teaches that every good and perfect gift comes from our heavenly Father. He loves us so much He sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sin. We cannot bear fruit on our own but abide in Jesus, The Vine, to bring forth abundant fruit.

Our lives are a complex project at work in the environment in which the Father has placed us. Just as you’d seek expert advice for success, seek God’s wisdom through prayer. Don’t just know about Him; connect deeply with Him on a personal level. In Ephesians 1:18 Paul writes "have the eyes of your hearts enlightened, that you may know what is the hope to which He has called you." Think of that metaphor 'eyes of your heart.' Heart fully aware of the goodness of God, seeing His hand, ready to awaken your heart and fill your vision. Are you ready to make room for the Holy Spirit's guidance every day?
