✈️ FLORIDA CONFERENCE — CLEARED FOR TAKEOFF! 💚💛

Last weekend, the Eleventh Episcopal District YPD touched down in Fort Walton Beach for the Florida Conference YPD Annual Day, and what a day it was! 🙌🏾

Under the theme “Cleared for Takeoff: Called & Chosen,” we worshipped, celebrated, fellowshipped, and witnessed the Florida Conference close one chapter and prepare for the next. God has truly favored this flight! ✈️

Congratulations to the Florida Conference YPD on a successful Annual Day and conference year. The journey continues, and we can’t wait to see where God takes you next! ⚡️

The Electrifying Eleventh pulled up to LTI and did what we do best — LEAD, LEARN, WORSHIP, FELLOWSHIP, and bring the THUNDER! ⚡️💚

We kicked things off with the “What About the Children?” panel, led by our very own Mark Johnson, Connectional Parliamentarian. From there, LTI was filled with powerful worship, sweet fellowship, leadership development, and plenty of Eleventh District energy!

✨ 11th District Meeting Recap! ✨

What an incredible time at CEYLC! We gathered with purpose, vision, and service as we laid the foundation for the 40th Black Heritage Weekend, honored our outgoing District President Alexis Roberson for her leadership and dedication, elected our new District YPD Officers, and served our community through a mission project benefiting the Orlando Union Rescue Mission.

Together, we collected 712 children’s necessities and $175 to support children and families in need. What a beautiful reminder that when we lead with love, we can make an impact beyond the meeting room!

Throwback Thursday 💚⚡️

Taking it back to a weekend we’ll never forget! The 39th Annual Black Heritage Weekend was filled with worship, fellowship, mission, talent, and celebration as the 11th District YPD came together at Edward Waters University.

Under the theme “A Chosen Generation ” — 1 Peter 2:9, we were reminded of who we are, whose we are, and the impact we’re called to make.

Our BHW Mission Project was another meaningful highlight. Together, we collected 1,639 books written by Black authors for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Florida, supporting their mission to inspire and educate young readers. 📚❤️

What a weekend. What a blessing. What a heritage. Here’s to continuing to serve, inspire, and change the game!
