🍁September is officially here!! 🍂 It’s not quite sweater weather yet, but we’re ready to bring on Fall ☕️

Mark your calendars and invite your friends to enjoy the month with our City Church family!

🥞 The Ladies Fall Brunch is Sept. 12 from 10a-12p. Bring a dish to share and join Jodi and the City Church ladies for a morning of good food, devotional, fellowship and door prizes!

🌸 Our monthly Women’s Ministry meeting is Sept. 15 from 6:30-8:30p. Enjoy a meal together, worship together and learn from God’s Word together!

🎁 City Church is an Operation Christmas Child’s box drop site and will be hosting a Project Leader Workshop to get us ready on Sept. 19 from 10a-12p.

🏍️ Bike riders are invited to the Motorcycle Cruise & Lunch on Sept. 19. Leave from church at 10a, ride to lunch, enjoy a meal together, then head back.

🚙 Fun in the Son Car Show and Park Service is Sept. 20 with our Park Service starting at 10a, followed by free lunch, games and Car Show!

🍳 Men’s Breakfast rounds out the month on Sept. 26 from 9-11a. Bring a dish to share and join the men for a hearty meal and fellowship!

“So let’s not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time, we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t give up.” -Galatians 6:9

Our last sermon in the Stories I Heard in Sunday School series was on Legacy. Elijah was a great man of God and passed on everything he knew to Elisha. Elisha grew bold through Elijah’s mentorship and went on to surpass his works for God!

All of us have something to pass on and something to learn. Remember, What you do matters. And What you pass on matters.

Thank you for your investment in the next generation at the Dessert First fundraiser! Our students are excited to be one step closer to attending Momentum Youth Convention!
