"Look Who’s At Your Table"

Holy Scripture: Mark 2:16 (NLT)
“Why does he eat with such scum?”

Isn’t it something that sometimes the very people who should be lifting you up are the ones calling you “scum,” “good for nothing,” or defining you by your shortcomings? Yet Yeshua was willing to sit at the table with those whom religious leaders considered unworthy.

Look at Matthew, also known as Levi. Society had dismissed him because of his profession and reputation, yet Yeshua saw something in him that others could not see. The man they looked down upon became the man God used to write the Gospel that declares Yeshua’s lineage, ministry, and purpose.

Your past does not disqualify you, and your present does not define your future.

Even if church hurt has wounded you because of the behavior or words of church people, do not allow their judgment to become your identity. Their opinion of you is not God’s final word concerning you.

People may judge the table you came from, but God determines the table you belong at.

So, look around your table. Look who is sitting with you.

Yeshua is still at the table. He has not abandoned you, rejected you, or walked away from you.

And if Yeshua is at your table, you are not sitting at the wrong table; you are sitting at a table of grace, purpose, restoration, and destiny.

Pray this with us:
Father, thank You for reminding us that our past does not disqualify us and the words of others do not define us. Heal every wound caused by rejection, judgment, and church hurt. Give us the strength to forgive, the courage to keep moving forward, and the faith to embrace the purpose You have placed within us. Help us remember that when others count us out, You still invite us to Your table. May we never forget that Yeshua is with us, for us, and still has a purpose for our lives. In Yeshua’s name, Amen

Look who’s at your table! Yeshua is still sitting with you.

Words of Encouragement
"Your Calling Is Greater Than Your Sin"

"If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."
1 John 1:9

Do not allow your past to convince you that your future has been canceled. Your failures may explain where you have been, but they do not determine where God is leading you. God does not call perfect people, He perfects those He calls.

Throughout Scripture, we see God's redeeming grace. Moses was a fugitive, David fell into sin, Peter denied Yeshua, and Paul persecuted the Church. Yet each was restored and used mightily for God's glory. His grace is always greater than our greatest failure.

Do not allow shame to silence the voice of your calling. The same God who redeemed you has also commissioned you. Your testimony of redemption may become the very key that unlocks hope for someone else.

Pray this with us:
Heavenly Father, in the mighty name of Yeshua, thank You for Your mercy and unfailing grace. Forgive us, cleanse us, and remove every burden of guilt and shame. Restore us to the purpose You have ordained for our lives, and fill us with Your Holy Spirit to walk in obedience, faith, and courage. May we embrace Your forgiveness, fulfill Your calling, and glorify You in all we do. Amen.

To all who have worshipped with us throughout May as we celebrated and honored mothers, thank you for your presence, fellowship, and support. As we conclude this special season, if you do not have a church home, we warmly invite you, your family, and friends to join us tomorrow at 10:15 AM for our final Mother's Day Celebration. Together, we will thank God for the gift of motherhood and honor the love, faith, strength, and sacrifice of mothers and mother figures. God bless you, and we pray to see you there.
