When someone speaks falsely about you or harbors hatred toward you, they often seek out others who feel the same. Before long, it may seem like a small crowd has formed. But do not miss this truth; they are not united by love or loyalty they are only connected because of you.
That means your presence is powerful. Your light is so strong that it draws attention even from those who oppose it.
What gathers against you is often evidence of what God has placed within you.
Remain steadfast, unmoved, and confident in who you are and whose you are.
Pray this with us
Gracious and Holy God,
We thank You for being our refuge, our defender, and our peace. Strengthen Your people to walk boldly in truth, covered by Your grace and guided by Your wisdom. Silence every false word spoken against them, and let Your light shine even brighter through their lives. Grant them peace that surpasses understanding, courage to stand firm, and assurance that You are fighting every battle on their behalf.
