POSITION:
Manager, Church Outreach and Media
PURPOSE:
Improve growth, awareness and visibility of Pisgah Methodist Church in the Tallahassee area community.
PARAMETERS:
โข Position is overseen by the Church Pastor.
โข Initially, the job will entail 20 hours per week. Opportunity for growth in job hours and scope.
INITIAL PRIORITIES:
โข Identify target outreach areas for church. Develop and implement church outreach in targeted areas.
โข Broad personal networking and interaction representing and promoting church in Tallahassee area community.
โข Assure friendly, caring greeting and follow-up is in place for church visitors.
โข Develop and improve church electronic media and its outreach.
โข Other related items.
QUALIFICATIONS:
โข Experience in similar role with very good results.
โข Excellent personal integrity and strong interpersonal, communication and electronic media skills.
โข Ability to interact well across youth to elderly age ranges, particularly with younger families.
โข Strong work ethic, results oriented, and passionate about church and role.
