Morning Devotional

Sunday September 6th, 2026

Scriptures: Genesis 1:1-8; Haggai 1:3-6; John 16:33

"What is God's intentions for my life"

-God is the only one that can make something out of nothing

-We may look like our parents but we are made in the image of God

-Our parents conceived us but God created us

-God wants to duplicate Himself through us in the earth

- We are called to be fruitful and multiply, not just children but purpose

- We have to stop rehearsing what others have done

-We claim we know God, but we live for the validation of others

-God is not finished with us, we just settled where we are

-We have to keep getting up when it hurts and when it's unfair

-Our season of struggle has expired

-We're trying to avoid the test but it's in being tested that we know whether we are learning the material or not

-We become more authentic through being tested
