“I Am Absolutely, Positively Convinced Somebody Prayed for Me.”

This Fifth Sunday, we celebrated Missionary Sunday at Saint Stephen and were reminded that none of us stand where we are today by ourselves. Through the prayers, sacrifices, and faithful service of those who came before us, we continue to experience God’s grace and favor.

From heartfelt worship and powerful music to meaningful fellowship and a timely word from Pastor Washington, we were encouraged to remain faithful in both prayer and service.

We thank God for our Missionary Society and for every person who continues to carry the Gospel forward through love, ministry, and action.

“There’s a sweet, sweet Spirit in this place…” ❤️

Some moments in worship can’t be planned, they just happen.

During our Pentecost Sunday worship experience, what began as a familiar hymn turned into a powerful reminder of what happens when hearts are open and worship becomes real. As the choir sang, a voice from the congregation began to lead, and for a moment… the room just followed.

The music faded. The voices remained. And there was a sweetness in the room that’s hard to put into words.

Sometimes God meets us in the big moments. Sometimes He meets us in the simple ones. And this was one we won’t soon forget. 💜

Fresh Fire at the Holy Ghost Headquarters 🔥❤️

Pentecost Sunday at the corner of 5th & Davis was one to remember. From the worship, the music, the praise, and moments that touched the heart, we were reminded that God still moves and His fire still falls.

We also paused to honor the meaning of Memorial Day, remembering those who served and sacrificed for our freedom. 🇺🇸

This wasn’t just another Sunday… it was a reminder that there’s something special happening at Saint Stephen.
