Beginning this Sunday, March 1,2026, we will begin a new tradition at The Edge Church. We would like to introduce Family Sunday. On the FIRST Sunday of every month, children ages 5 and up will join their families in regular church service while younger children attend our nursery. The children will receive a children's lesson package and craft kit to take home. It is our hope that this will further prepare them for future church attendance as teens and later as adults.

PHONES IN KIDS CHURCH..... Several have mentioned that this has become a problem. We do have parents who want their kids...

PHONES IN KIDS CHURCH..... Several have mentioned that this has become a problem. We do have parents who want their kids to be able to text them if they want to leave kids church and are adamant that they have them. While I understand this, ALL PHONES ARE TO BE PUT AWAY WHILE IN KIDS CHURCH.

We have Bibles for them to use, 4 video game consoles for 2 players each, pool, foosball, air hockey, Legos, crafts, Mancala, and a kitchen set.

Unless Jesus is calling, they have no reason to be on their phones during class time. They may keep the phones in a pocket or purse while in class we will not take them unless a child is defiant, then the parent can come and get the phone or both child and phone.
