Tuesday, April 21 @ 6:30 pm, we will discuss Navigating Midnight; despair, numbing, and the disillusionment of grief and loss. Discover the power of LAMENT. Each session will highlight a joy-based practice. Yours truly is speaking!

We discuss all types of losses, loss of loved ones, loss of a dream, home, health, marriage, pets, job and status.
