Sermonic Sentence: No one or no thing will separate us from the love of God.
Sermonic Question: Are you in Him?
Sermonic Tension: When you are going through tests, trials, tribulations, persecution, and prosecution. God’s love will be right there for us.
Sermon Notes:
1 Christians are covered by God’s love.
2 There is no weakness in the love of God. It cannot be penetrated.
3 While we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. (Romans 5:8). He accepts us just the way we are.
4 The love of God is not only descriptive, but it is a verb. It’s an action and actionable.
5 How do you know if you’ve been born again? You persevere.
6 A Christian is defined as being Christlike.
7 If you are in God. God doesn’t see you. He sees His Son, who is covering you.
8 You can’t please in the flesh. You need to be in Christ to please God.
9 The Spirit works by ministering to us, the love of Christ.
10 The Son and the Spirit cover the child of God.
11 The Spirit of God teaches us how to live.
12 Motivated by the Spirit of God, you can love anyone.
13 God’s powerful love will bring you back from the dead.
14 The pain in this life will fade. You will rejoice when God shows you what He had in mind all along.
15 No one can take your salvation.
16 Everything you need to equip you for righteousness, God will give it unto you.
17 Since God gave us His Son, there is nothing He will withhold from us. He will give us all things.
18 Verse 34, God is speaking of the resurrection, exaltation, and the intercession of Christ.
19 God is love. (1 John 4.16) A love that will not give up on us.
20 Whenever you go through the dark nights of the soul and begin to question the love of God, look at Calvary.
21 Christ said, " Take up your cross and follow me.” (Matthew 16.24; Mark 8.34; Luke 9.23)
