Grace Landing

God is so amazing! Grace Landing got a matching grant for $60,000 and the deadline is Sept 30th. That’s $60,000 in 60 days! I’ve never had to do that before, but sometimes we forget we serve a BIG God. As of now we have raise $57,410.76!!!!!! How awesome is our God! Every dime for the Church to solve the problem of capacity, stability, and quality in our foster care system. To God be the glory!!!!!!

Thanks for being the Church! Alec graduated from high school tonight and is headed to aeronautical mechanical school in a few weeks! Thanks to The Vine Church for investing in Alec!

Great day for our 8th Annual Paddle Challenge! Great to have a few of our foster parents and hosts families sharing their stories! Congrats to The Armories for first place!

I woke this morning overwhelmed by the love of God....Last night I sat in a meeting with a homeless boy, who is a senior at Osceola High School. God filled the room with his love and redemption as a group from The Vine Church surrounded this young man, gave him a place to stay and grow. There is no better picture of the gospel!

We have been getting more kids in high school that are homeless. Right now we have a young man and young lady, both 18, that need a place to live.
Alex attends Osceola High School and hopes to graduate in May, though it may take till the end of summer. He would like to get his "International Certification of Aviation" in Casselberry following high school. He works at a Pizza Place and has a car, though he needs to learn how to drive stick first.

Meralis attends TECO in St. Cloud and will finish her Pharmacy Assistance Certification in May. She has applied for UCF and Valencia. She has been on her own since she was 12, so she has a tough wall at times. Meralis has been in our program, but needs another place to stay. She needs a place by Friday, if possible.

We are looking for a car! Two weeks ago one of our boys was Tboned and his car was totaled. He is looking for a car around $3500. Anybody out there got something?
