Before COOS had a building of our own, ministry was already happening!

This flashback takes us to a **Trail Life troop meeting at the historic chapel** in September 2017.

And there are a couple of familiar faces in this photo. 👀 **Can you spot Sr. Pastor David Ball and Chris McCarthy, our Director of Finance & Administration?**

Nine years later, Trail Life is still helping young men grow in faith, character, leadership and service — and today they meet right here at COOS alongside **American Heritage Girls!**

**Flashback Friday → 2020 🚗⛪**

Church looked a little different in 2020!

For a season, we worshiped together from our cars — and there was a whole lot happening behind the scenes to make those Sundays possible.

Our team worked hard to create a way for us to gather safely, worship together, and stay connected. And our Sundays weren't only about gathering. Donations collected were shared with local first responders as a way to thank them and show our support during an extraordinary time.

The setting may have changed, but the heart of our church didn't: **worshiping Jesus, loving one another, and serving our community.**

Six years later, we're grateful for where we've been and for all God has done along the way.

And as always, **we'd love to welcome you.** ❤️

Flashback Friday to August 2021, when we welcomed Senior Pastor David Ball back from sabbatical!

In the Anglican tradition, pastors are given a sabbatical every five years: an extended time away from regular parish duties for rest, spiritual renewal, and reflection.

And now, five years later, we get to welcome him back again!
