Serving Our Downtown Community

For the past two years, Mt. Zion Downtown has remained committed to serving our downtown community through consistent outreach and fellowship. Each month, on the first Saturday, we prepare and distribute 100 lunches to individuals experiencing hardship in the downtown area, as well as students attending the nearby college campus.

In addition, on the third Saturday of every month, we open our doors to provide a hearty community breakfast. More than just a meal, this gathering creates an opportunity for meaningful conversation, relationship-building, and fellowship. During these times, we are blessed to hear personal stories and testimonies of God's faithfulness and provision. It also allows us to minister to both the physical and spiritual needs of those we serve.

We believe that serving others is a vital part of our mission, and we are grateful for every opportunity to be the hands and feet of Christ in our community.

Our dedicated team of volunteers is excited and preparing an unforgettable VBS experience filled with engaging Bible lessons, creative activities, exciting games, and meaningful fellowship designed to inspire and encourage our young people in their faith journey.

Adults will also enjoy dynamic classes that are sure to spark meaningful discussion, stimulate the imagination, and nourish the spiritual appetite of every participant. There will be something for everyone as we grow together in God's Word and strengthen our faith.
