Good morning,

If you missed the marriage seminar on Saturday, you missed a treat. Bro. Dewayne Tabscott of Alabama brought the biblical principles of marriage to the everyday relationship. We laughed, sang, prayed and had a good ole time. Special thanks to him and his wife for giving of their time to break down scripture for even the young folks to understand. We also thank Phillip Brown of Phillip's catering and his team for the delicious meal and a huge thank you to our leadership for allowing the younger generation of married people to be a part of this ministry. This is our first of many, if its the Lord's will.

Our marriage seminar kicks off at 5pm TODAY. Please spread the word. FYI, this seminar is not just for those who are married or engaged. It's opened to you even if you're interested in the knowledge, hoping to get married, praying for a spouse, etc. See you at 5 tonight.

UPDATE:

Message from Brother White and Brother Moss:

Timberlawn Road Church of Christ will have regular service today. The brothers will be there to conduct service.

However, because of the winter weather and potential icy road conditions, if any member or visitor feel the road conditions in their area are too dangerous, please feel free to log in to the YouTube channel to participate in the entire worship service. As we all know, internet and weather doesn't cooperate very well together so in the case you do not see the live service on YouTube, give us 30 minutes to an hour to post it after service ends.

Also, if you are a Sunday School teacher and you're not able to travel to the building, please notify your students.

Be blessed, safe and warm during this time and remember to check in with others to make sure they are good.

Due to the forecasted winter storm and potentially dangerous road conditions across Alabama and Mississippi, our speaker for the Marriage Seminar (Brother Dewayne Tabscott) will not be able to travel to Mississippi on Saturday.
