This year replaced traditional crafts with what we called XPlore. Our teachers mixed science experiments with our theme and the Bible Stories.

Last night might have been one of the best experiences ever in my 20 years as VBS Director. We studied the 10 plagues and in XPlore they focused on the 9th plague of darkness. We turned the room into a black light neon space and painted on canvases with glow paint!

Our God is Awesome!🚀

📖 Story: Baby Moses Rescued (Exodus 1–2)
🎯 Truth: God has a plan and rescues His people
🚀 Big Idea: God saved Moses—and God sent Jesus to save us!
✝️ Jesus Connection:
Moses was saved from danger
Jesus was also protected as a baby
Moses would rescue people later
👉 Jesus is the greater Rescuer who saves us from sin
💡 Key Line: “God rescued Moses for a purpose—Jesus rescues us forever!”
