✨Come see us TOMORROW at the Jackson State Cookout. We will be grilling burgers and hot dogs and setting up yard games for everyone.

Get certified to help your community when disaster strikes!
📅 When: Saturday, October 17, 2026
📍 Where: East Union Baptist Church (2244 Beech Bluff Rd, Jackson, TN 38301)
⏰ Time: 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM
💰 Cost: $40 credentialing fee for first-timers and renewals. Covers official ID badge, hat, background check, and 3 years of basic training. (Bring exact cash or checks payable to TBMB to the training).
📝 Pre-register by Monday, October 12 online at https://tndisasterrelief.org/registration-forms/

Download your forms ahead of time from the Tennessee Baptist Disaster Relief Form Page. Type your info, print them out, and bring the signed copies with you to save time at registration!

Here is a reminder to all Senior Adults about two local events coming up!

‼ The MCCA Senior Adult Meeting is September 1st at First Baptist Church, Bemis. Jeff Palmer will be the guest speaker. It will begin at 10:30 a.m. with lunch to follow. Contact the church office or sign up on the bulletin board by this Sunday, August 23rd!

‼ The MBC Senior Adults will have a Potluck on Saturday, August 22nd at 5:30 p.m. in the fellowship hall. We have several signed up and it's not too late! All Senior Adults are welcome to attend.
