First Presbyterian Church of Jackson, TN

First Presbyterian Church of Jackson, TN Church We have a rich heritage in this congregation, and we give thanks for those who have faithfully served here in the past.

Welcome to the page of First Presbyterian Church, where we are actively seeking to grow in the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, and show God's presence in our lives through service to others. At the same time, we realize that God is calling us to a powerful, challenging ministry in the present - as God has been so gracious to us, so also we grow in that grace, and serve in love. Enjoy our

page and visit our website at www.fpcjacksontn.org, but don't stop here! Let this site introduce you to some of our ministries and services, then come and see them in action! There is a place for you here - a place to grow; a place to serve. We invite you to join us for Worship at 9:30 am and Sunday School for all ages at 10:45 am. Nursery care is provided for all church gatherings.

We spent the week in the Castle of Courage, meeting King Ardor and the members of his kingdom, including the famous Knights of the Oval Table. These mighty warriors taught our attendees that true courage ~ the kind that helps us face whatever comes our way ~ comes from trusting God. We are so grateful for all those who attended and donated their time! Thank you for helping to make VBS a success every year!

Our Mission Team will be leaving for Guatemala on June 20th and will be returning home on June 30th.

As they go to share God’s love with the Guatemalan people and to reach the lost for Christ, what can we do to show our support and our love for them?

PRAY.

You will find sign-up posters at each entrance to the sanctuary. Please sign up for as many times as you wish.

Remember: you can stop to pray at any time – anywhere!

If you are not able to sign one of the posters at church, please call the church office (731-422-1591) or email Emily ([email protected]) to request a time and your name will be added as a prayer partner to our team.
