Day 5 — "It is Finished"

There was no other way. On a hill called The Skull, between two criminals, Jesus was crucified. He asked forgiveness for the ones driving the nails. He was mocked by the leaders who should have known better. And to a dying thief who simply believed, He whispered a promise: today you will be with me in paradise.
