On Sunday June 14th we have a special guest joining us: Keaton Halley from Creation Ministries International. They are a ministry that specializes in giving answers about creation, evolution, and more. If you've ever had scientific questions about the Bible, this is a great service to join us for, but also a great service to bring your kids to!

Last week on Thursday all the way through Saturday, we had our Vacation Bible School, and it was a blast!

The theme was "Illumination Station" and we spent the week talking to these kids about how Jesus is the light of the world. And we spent a lot of time remembering the light that Jesus brings to this dark world!

Life can be very dark sometimes, and all of us need to be reminded that Jesus is the light that we need!

Our volunteers spent so much time and effort working on this VBS, and I'm so grateful to witness firsthand that God is working powerfully even in a sweet country church like ours!

Every year, Southern Baptists gather for the SBC Annual Meeting, but before the meetings begin, churches across Central Florida are stepping into neighborhoods, schools, and communities to share the hope of Jesus.

Will you pray with us?

➡️ Pray for volunteers and church members to have boldness, compassion, and gospel clarity as they engage people in their communities.

➡️ Pray for the pastors, staff, and leaders serving through these host churches—including 14 Hispanic congregations and 21 Haitian congregations faithfully reaching their cities with the gospel.

➡️ Pray for the hundreds of students gathering across Central Florida. Ask God to ignite a deep passion for personal evangelism in the next generation and to raise up young men and women who are unashamed of the gospel.

We’re praying for more than full rooms and busy schedules.

We’re praying for changed lives.
For gospel conversations.
For people far from God to encounter Jesus.
For churches united around one mission:
making Christ known.

This Sunday is Mother's day! It is a very important day, and I know that personally.

I have seen my wife give everything she has to our children, and it is an exhausting job, and a difficult one. She is a mother that needs refreshment, encouragement, and she needs to be uplifted. That's what we want to do for mother's this Sunday at New Bethel!

Please join us, as we dig into God's word, and uplift each other this Sunday at 10 AM. Motherhood is hard, and we want to walk with you through it!

Please join us for Vacation Bible School May 28-30! We are excited to welcome all children who have completed kindergarten through 5th grade. We will have a lots of fun activities, Bible Study, crafts and missions class. We would love to have your children join us. Registration link below.

It looks like the live stream had a malfunction and ended just a bit early. Typically we end things after the sermon and before our last song to give privacy to people who are praying. But every once in awhile the live stream cuts a little short for some reason. We should have everything working next week!
